Oppliger Banking Systems was founded in 1988 by Don Oppliger to provide security products and services to Financial Institutions. OBS joined forces with DBE in April of 2022, becoming Oppliger Banking Systems, A DBE Company, to bring comprehensive banking technology and security solutions to Financial Institutions in Kansas and Missouri.
