I am pleased to share some exciting promotion announcements here at Data Business Equipment, Inc. (DBE) that will help support our continued growth and success, while maintaining our company vision and culture.
We spent the last three years significantly growing DBE via strategic acquisition and organic growth. As our growth momentum continues, I have decided to step up into the role of CEO, leading DBE’s culture, overall vision and direction.
With my move to CEO, Josh Banta has been promoted to the role of President of DBE. Embodying our commitment to long-term relationships, Josh joined DBE in 2001 and has grown alongside our company, the industry and our clients. In his new role, Josh will lead DBE’s strategy and day to day leadership around service, support, solutions and product offerings.
We believe having one leader responsible for our complete Go-to-Market Strategy and the full DBE Client Experience will have profound benefits internally with our operations and employee experience and externally with our business partners and clients.
In addition, Crissy Hayes has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Service. Crissy joined DBE in 2021 after spending 25 years at a Midwest Community Financial Institution, eventually leading their operations. Crissy has been overseeing our Deployment Department, responsible for installation, solution training and project management. In her new role, Crissy will work closely with Josh and her expanded team to make DBE’s service offerings even stronger for our clients.
In closing, valuing long-term relationships is the key to our success and will continue to drive our culture at DBE. These moves will put DBE in an even better position to uphold this commitment. I could not be more excited for the future of DBE and how our relationships will grow even stronger with our clients.
