We couldn’t put on The DBE Forum without our Sponsor Partners! We are celebrating our 10 Year Anniversary of The DBE Forum, and we are so excited for you all to be a part of it. This year, we added on additional time for attendees to engage with and demo solutions from the sponsor partners. Check out the event schedule below for set up/tear down details and event timing. See you all in June!
Schedule of Events
Tuesday, June 10th
4:00 pm – Welcome Celebration
The Forum 2025 will kick off with the Welcome Celebration Event at The Rewind Hotel at 4:00 pm. Attendees will hear from DBE Executives and Team Leads on stage followed by cocktail reception while attendee get to visit with our sponsors at their booths.
6:00 – 9:00 pm – Client Evening Outing
The celebration continues directly after with the Client Evening Outing at Spare Time located at 340 Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines, IA from 6:00 – 9:00 pm. Transportation is available to and from the event, leaving the Rewind Hotel beginning at 5:45 pm. Dinner and drinks will be served. Join us!
Wednesday, June 11th
9:30 am – 3:00 pm – The DBE Forum 10 Year Anniversary
The DBE Forum main stage event takes place Wednesday, June 11th from 9:30 am – 3:00 pm. Lunch will be served. Agenda coming soon with multiple slots for attendees to visit with our sponsors.
Set-up/Tear Down
Set-up:
There will be two windows on Tuesday, June 10th where sponsor partners can set up their booth.
- 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM prior to the start of the ITM Users Group Annual Meeting
- 3:00 PM prior to the Welcome Celebration. Must be set up by 3:45 PM.
Tear Down:
Tear down of booths can begin once the Forum wraps at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, June 11th.
Shipping Booth Materials
If you have booth materials to ship, please ship them directly to the Rewind Hotel and have the items arrive by EOD Monday, June 9th. Here is the address for shipping:

Client Evening Outing
Join us Tuesday June 10th from 6:00 – 9:00 pm, for a night of industry networking and fun at our Client Evening Outing at Spare Time, located at 340 Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines, Iowa. Transportation is available to and from the event, leaving the Rewind Hotel beginning at 5:45 PM.
This event is a great opportunity for Sponsor Partners to engage with clients in a laid-back atmosphere. If you’ve been in the past, you know it’s a can’t miss event!
If you attended the Client Evening Outing last year and still have your DBE Bowling Shirt, bring it! If you don’t have one or can’t find yours, don’t worry, we’ll have more! Grab your bowling shirt before or after the Welcome Celebration or once you arrive at Spare Time.
