The Journey
When Premier Credit Union set out to build a new branch in Urbandale, IA they took a forward-thinking approach of designing this new location. Inspired by how they want their branches to look and operate 10 years into the future, they partnered with DBE to effectively use technology to Make Life Better in new ways for their members.
With ITM, we could service members at multiple locations using just one teller.

What began as a project for one ITM at the new branch quickly turned into four units, maximizing the impact the technology could have on member experience and credit union operations without the confinement of a traditional teller line.
Based on the success of their Urbandale ITM implementation with DBE, Premier Credit Union now has six total ITMs installed with two additional units on order. The credit union benefits from the efficiencies of tellers serving multiple branches from a centralized or flexible locations, along with supporting both teller and call center functions.
ITM with DBE was our easiest implementation yet.
