Tim Pranger’s career has been dedicated to driving innovation for financial institutions. As Co-Founder and VP of Strategy at POPi/o, Tim helped pioneer patents in video communication and later transitioning to VP of Product at Eltropy following an acquisition. After leaving Eltropy, Tim served as Head of Product & Design at Anonyome Labs, where he worked on Web3 technologies to standardize authentication, reduce fraud, and protect identities across digital and physical interactions.

Paul Cowley is VP of Technical Support and Logistics at DBE. Since joining the company in 2015, Paul has used his experience from NCR and connections at major core processors to keep DBE customers’ ATM fleets up and running. As a regular speaker for the ATM Industry Association, Paul specializes in ATM security. He participates in the ATMIA/ASA Criminal Activity Forum, ATMIA Physical Security Committee, and ATMIA Fraud and Cybersecurity Committee.
